What is Squared?
Squared is a Saint Louis based furnished housing provider. We provide all-inclusive, furnished short and long term rentals at reasonable rates.
Why book a long-term stay with Squared rather than a corporate rental agency?
The short answer is that Squared offers the same quality service that other corporate rental agencies offer at a fraction of the price.
Most corporate rental agencies contract with local apartment management companies to rent on an as-needed basis. This means that when a corporate client requests, for example, 8 apartments for a team of their employees for a 3-month period, the corporate rental agency reaches out to the management companies to arrange for 8 short-term leases. Because the lease term is much shorter than a standard 12-month leasing agreement, the rate paid by the corporate rental agency is also significantly higher, and this inflated rate is passed on to the guest.
Additionally, because they’re providing their rentals on an as-needed basis, it isn’t cost-effective to purchase their own furniture, because as soon as the lease term ended they would then have to pay to have the furnishings moved to either another location or to a (paid) storage location. They instead opt to rent the furnishings from a local furniture rental agency at high, short-term rates, which again is passed on to the guest as a higher rental rate.
Squared, by contrast, holds long-term leases on our properties and owns all of our furniture (or manages properties for homeowners who own the property and furniture). This enables us to offer much more reasonable corporate rental rates than our competition.
What happens after I book? When will I receive check-in instructions?
Shortly after you book, we’ll send over your Boarding Pass, and you can complete your booking with a few easy steps:
1. Enter your details, selecting any desired add-on services
2. Verify your identity with a selfie / ID check
3. Sign rental agreement
4. Provide credit card for incidentals
5. Submit payment for selected add-on services (if applicable)
Once that’s done, the main screen of the Boarding Pass contains your check-in instructions, which will be accessible 2 hours before the check-in time.
Can I bring my pet along?
In most cases yes! Most of our properties allow dogs for an additional fee – if the option to bring pets is available for the property you’re booking, you’ll have the option to add it when you book. We don’t allow cats, but if you’ll be booking long-term and would like to bring your cat along, please contact us directly prior to booking and we can discuss a possible exception.

Currently we have studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments and single-family home
I’m booking long term – can I pay in installments?
For stays shorter than 60 nights, the full payment is due at the time of booking, but for longer stays, payments can be split into installments based on the total length of stay:
60–89 nights: 2 payments — one at booking, one on the check-in date
90–119 nights: 3 payments — at booking, on the check-in date, and one month after check-in
120–149 nights: 4 payments — at booking, on the check-in date, and 2 more payments monthly thereafter
150–179 nights: 5 payments — at booking, on the check-in date, and 3 more payments monthly thereafter
180+ nights: 6 payments total — at booking, on check-in, and 4 more payments monthly thereafter
All installments are automatically processed using the payment method on file.
