Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Remote (Must be available every day from 10 AM – 10 PM CST)
Position Type: Full-time, Salaried (after successful one-month trial)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Squared, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring exceptional communication and resolution of any issues. While not required, experience in digital marketing—such as managing Facebook Ads—is a plus. This role is ideal for candidates who excel in customer service and have an interest in contributing to our online presence.
Responsibilities:
- Manage guest communications via messages and calls, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Lead generation and management through digital channels
- Review rental applications and assist with leasing processes
- Syndicate property listings across various platforms
- Employee scheduling and performance review
- Manage Google Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions
- Create and optimize Facebook/Instagram Ads to generate leads and increase brand awareness
- Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics; adjust strategies as needed to meet goals
- Handle general administrative tasks as needed, including incidentals documentation, supply reordering, and basic bookkeeping
Requirements:
- Available every day from 10 AM – 10 PM CST; normal working hours are 10 AM – 6 PM Thursday to Monday (with Wed/Thurs off), with on-call availability for customer service messages and calls during off-hours
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in managing customer interactions and resolving issues effectively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (CEFR level C1 or higher)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and own computer setup
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities
- Resourceful problem-solving skills; ability to handle challenges creatively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish
- MBA or other advanced degree
- Background in front-end web design, social media management, or accounting/bookkeeping
