Job Title: Property Care Professional
Location: St. Louis, MO
Position Type: Part-time, Hourly (25-30 hours/week)
Salary: $20 per hour + up to $600 in performance bonuses
Benefits: Mileage reimbursement, paid training
Overview: As a Property Care Professional at Squared, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our vacation and corporate rental properties. This position offers flexibility in scheduling, paid training, and the opportunity to contribute to our guests’ experience through meticulous cleaning and property care.
Responsibilities:
- Distribute supplies to/from storage
- Complete online cleaning checklists accurately and on time
- Perform cleaning duties according to established standards
- Launder linens and towels; mend or spot clean damaged fabrics
- Restock supplies and dispose of trash
- Assist with landscaping, snow shoveling, smoke remediations, and other operational tasks as needed
- Assist with after-hours emergencies and guest lockouts, with overtime compensation
Requirements:
- Availability from 10 AM to 4 PM, 5 days a week (two scheduling options: Friday-Tuesday or Wednesday-Sunday)
- Ability to handle occasional after-hours issues and emergencies with overtime compensation
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and car insurance
- Ability to lift 60 lbs, stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical cleaning duties
- Excellent communication skills; able to follow instructions and report issues effectively
- Resourceful problem-solving skills; willingness to learn and adapt on the job
- Comfortable with technology; proficient in using online forms, email, and text communication
Qualifications:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not required
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
